Punctuality
We schedule sessions closely, so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session. For every 15 minutes, we will have to do one less clothing change and you will have less studio time.

Cancellations
Anyone calling and canceling more than 24 hours in advance with a valid reason will be able to reschedule. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Weather
If it is raining we will still do the indoor portion of your session as scheduled. It is much easier to reschedule the outdoor portion than to find time to re-do the whole session. Cloudy days are fine you will squint less and not have any harsh shadows that the sunlight causes.

Payments
All session fees must paid in advance in order hold your appointment. Cash, checks, and all major credit cards accepted. If you wish to take home your preview book for a period of one week a $75 non-refundable deposit is required. This will be applied as a credit towards your total when you place your order. If the preview book is not returned you will be billed for the full price of the book. All package and loose print orders must be prepaid at time of ordering. All orders not picked up within 30 days are subject to a holding fee of 1.5% per month. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $20 handling fee

All photographs taken by Freed Photography Inc. are subject to United States copyright laws. Any individual who violates these laws by unlawfully duplicating any preview, proof, wallet or any part of any order will be subject to prosecution.

Ordering
Your order will be ready within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order.
